I slept in today and was hungry when I got out of bed so I wanted to make something easy and quick for my new year's brunch. Found a recipe called steam-fried eggs.

Decided to make a cooking blog now that a new year has started. I collect cookbooks and I love to cook and bake.
I have about 12 cook books and a lot of extra recipes that I have collected.
After watching the movie Julie & Julia and since a new year was about to start I wanted to cook and bake more this year.
Hoping to cook or bake about one recipe per day, or at least 5 recipes per week.
